Foundation Relations & Corporate Philanthropy Research Associate

Research and Identify Funding Opportunities Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential funding sources from foundations and corporations to support the university's research and academic programs. Maintain Database Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential funders, including contact information, funding criteria, and deadlines. Develop Relationships Cultivate and maintain relationships with foundation and corporate representatives to understand their funding priorities and interests. Proposal Writing Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop compelling funding proposals that align with the university's mission and goals. Grant Management Oversee the administration and management of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and timely reporting. Prospect Management Track and monitor progress of funding proposals and maintain a record of past and current funding relationships. Networking Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential funders and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Collaboration Work closely with the Foundation Relations and Corporate Philanthropy team to strategize and coordinate funding efforts. Adhere to University Policies Ensure all research and grant proposal processes are in compliance with university policies and regulations. Support Fundraising Initiatives Collaborate with the Development team to support fundraising initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the university's development efforts.
