Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in communications, hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a remote or contact center environment.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey warmth, clarity, and professionalism across all channels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, multi-line phone systems, and digital communication tools. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is preferred.
  • Self-Discipline and Independence: Demonstrated ability to work productively from a home office, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated without direct supervision.
