Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound and Inbound Communication: Initiate outbound client contacts, follow‑up via email, and respond promptly to inbound inquiries through phone, chat, or video calls, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • CRM & Data Management: Update and maintain the customer call database, accurately logging service interactions, updating client accounts, and ensuring data integrity across all CRM platforms.
  • Profile Administration: Create, edit, and refresh client profile pages, guaranteeing that all information reflects the latest service agreements, contact details, and support history.
  • Document Production: Perform filing, data entry, and document generation tasks, including the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and client‑specific documentation.
  • Ticket Lifecycle Management: Generate, prioritize, and resolve customer service tickets, collaborating with technical and product teams to close issues within defined SLAs.
  • Mail Coordination: Assist in planning and executing all mail related to the client support process, handling special projects that involve word processing, data entry, and internet research activities.
  • Virtual Receptionist Duties: Serve as the digital front desk for arenaflex—greet virtual visitors, vendors, clients, job applicants, and customers; direct them to the appropriate contacts or virtual meeting rooms; and notify staff of arrivals.
  • General Office Support: Conduct routine office tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project assistance, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Essential Qualifications
