Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, licensed insurance professional to join our arenaflex family as a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative – Property & Casualty (P&C). This role blends the art of relationship‑building with the science of insurance sales, allowing you to guide customers through policy options, address their needs, and close new business—all from the comfort of your home office. Essential Qualifications

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in at least one U.S. state.
  • U.S. residency or a valid U.S. mailing address.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English candidates receive a differential bonus.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or call‑center environments.
