[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Florida Vacation Collection is a company that manages over 110 luxury vacation rentals across Florida, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with vacation rental owners. The role involves cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with the sales team, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Cold call vacation rental owners to introduce FVC and start conversations
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from ads, the website, and referrals
- Qualify property owners by understanding their property, current situation, and what they're looking for
- Book meetings directly with our sales team and provide context so we walk in prepared
- Research and identify property owners who could be a good fit for our management services
- Keep CRM updated with clean notes, pipeline status, and follow-up schedules for every contact
- Track every lead touchpoint accurately so nothing slips through the cracks and we always know where each prospect stands
- Follow a structured outreach cadence while keeping things natural and conversational
Skills
- Comfortable picking up the phone and calling people you've never met
- Experience in sales, SDR, or appointment-setting work
- Organized in a way that shows up in your CRM
- Ability to treat your pipeline like it's a living document
- Curious and a good listener
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Understanding of data hygiene and importance of clean data
- Remote work capability with Florida preference
