Analyst, Early Talent Acquisition (6 month contract)

The Analyst, Early Talent Acquisition role involves supporting the recruitment team during a peak hiring period by facilitating campus recruiting efforts and managing logistics for recruitment events.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support all aspects of campus recruiting, acting as a liaison between Deloitte and our Chosen Schools. This includes planning and executing recruitment events, managing logistics, and helping our Campus Recruitment Specialists and business stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events such as information sessions, support the execution of case competitions and other Deloitte-hosted events, including managing event logistics, including venue booking, catering, materials, and name tags
- Act as a point of contact for potential candidates, providing information about the company and available opportunities
- Assist with pre-screening, resume review, and interview scheduling
- Work closely with business stakeholders and Campus Recruitment Specialists to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a pipeline of potential candidates
- Manage event invitations, screening reports, and other administrative tasks related to campus recruiting
Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in campus
- Demonstrated organizational skills, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Exceptional planning skills and an ability to execute complex initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong computer skills (all Microsoft Office products)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships within a team environment
