[Remote] Account Coordinator

They are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to manage client relationships, support sales efforts, and coordinate projects to ensure alignment with client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients, including gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring leads, opportunities, and client information are up-to-date
  • Track and follow up on sales leads to keep the pipeline moving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with client goals
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, keeping clients informed of progress
  • Prepare regular performance reports for clients, showcasing campaign results and ROI
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Skills

  • 1-3 years in account coordination, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media platforms) would be an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
