Associate Attorney - Employment
Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their Employment practice. In this role, you will work alongside accomplished attorneys on complex employment litigation cases, handling everything from depositions to trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
- Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 1-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
