[Remote] Insurance Product Analyst

As an Insurance Product Analyst, you will analyze performance, track industry trends, and support product strategy development alongside experienced teams.
Responsibilities
- Support product analysis by gathering and organizing data related to product performance, pricing, and underwriting trends
- Assist with market research and help maintain competitive intelligence across insurance products and states
- Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders
- Coordinate with actuarial and underwriting teams on updates to guidelines and pricing inputs
- Track regulatory updates and assist the team in keeping product documentation aligned with compliance standards
- Work within systems like Excel and SQL to run queries and manipulate data under guidance from senior analysts
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to support product development and enhancements
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Insurance, or a related field
- Strong interest in insurance, data, and analytics—especially in product development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or other data tools is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn in a collaborative environment
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams
