PROJECT MANAGER
Marcel Digital is a company focused on delivering web development and digital services. They are seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects, coordinate timelines, and communicate with stakeholders while gaining skills to manage projects independently over time.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of web development and digital services projects by helping manage budget, scope and timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring tasks move forward
- Participate in client communications both individually and alongside senior team members
- Assist in translating project requirements into actionable tasks
- Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to understand how web projects come together
- Follow established project management and agile workflows
- Learn to identify potential risks or blockers and escalate them appropriately
- Help maintain visibility into project status by updating tools, preparing status updates, and ensuring accurate documentation
Skills
- One to three years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, web development, or similar environment
- Exposure to web development and/or digital services projects, professional experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment
- Demonstrate a genuine curiosity for how our agency operates and understanding our client needs and business goals
- Growth-minded and eager to leverage AI to improve day-to-day efficiency and productivity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Workfront, Jira, or similar) is a plus
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (CMS platforms, front-end/back-end roles) is a plus
- Basic understanding of paid media channels and/or SEO/AEO is a plus
- Knowledge of Nicolas Cage a plus
