Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Logistics & Supply Chain Advisor you will be the single point of contact for arenaflex’s retail, bottler, distributor, and restaurant customers. You will work within the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) organization to ensure that every order is processed accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with the expectations of our partners. Your ability to research, influence, and resolve issues will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of arenaflex’s supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for customers across multiple business units, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and urgency.
  • Order Management: Process order changes, track shipments, and reschedule deliveries to meet customer‑requested dates while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaboration with Sales & Brokers: Partner with sales teams and external brokers to address pricing concerns, delivery method changes, account management issues, and strategic projects such as product launches or packaging updates.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with product supply, supply planning, logistics, and transportation teams to resolve order flow challenges, including late trucks, dwell time, and refused deliveries.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Proactively manage “In‑Full” issues, coordinate with transportation to set timely delivery and pickup appointments, and resolve escalations that span multiple functions.
  • Trend Analysis & Process Improvement: Identify recurring customer issues, analyze root causes, and recommend enhancements to order management processes and partner interactions.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to design projects and initiatives that support departmental goals and key customer objectives, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s broader strategic vision.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in arenaflex’s order management system, CRM database, and related tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Genesys).

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of problem‑solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear business correspondence.
  • High sense of urgency and empowerment to make timely, data‑driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet SLA‑driven deadlines.
  • Willingness to work a flexible shift schedule between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel (0‑25%).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with arenaflex’s Product Supply system, Order Management tools, Salesforce, or SAP.
  • Background in the beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Exposure to logistics and transportation management, including dock cuts, ship‑withs, and freight coordination.
  • Previous involvement in product launch or packaging change projects.
  • Certification or training in supply chain management, Lean Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
