About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving a $100M run rate in less than 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We're looking for a Copywriter to help bring the Mars Men brand to life across every customer touchpoint. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Creative Strategy, Growth, and Design teams to develop compelling messaging across paid advertising, creator content, landing pages, email, web, and retail initiatives. You'll transform customer insights, product benefits, and creative concepts into clear, persuasive copy that engages customers and drives action. \n
What You'll Do
Write compelling copy across paid advertising, email, web, landing pages, retail, and promotional campaigns Develop headlines, hooks, scripts, product messaging, and campaign concepts that drive engagement and conversion Partner with Creative Strategy, Design, and Growth teams to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives with customer-facing messaging Refine copy based on performance insights, customer feedback, and creative learnings Help maintain and evolve the Mars Men brand voice across all channels Must-Have Requirements 3+ years of copywriting experience within DTC, eCommerce, consumer brands, or agency environments Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills Experience writing across multiple formats, including advertising, email, web, and video scripts Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasive communication A portfolio showcasing high-quality copywriting work Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment Self-starter who takes ownership, embraces feedback, and thrives in high-growth teams \n Life at Mars Men At Mars Men, we're building a team of ambitious, high-performing individuals who want to make an outsized impact.
