See yourself at Twilio Join the team as our next Product Manager on Twilio’s Onboarding and Compliance product team. About the job Twilio is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Onboarding and Compliance team for Senders and Numbers. Twilio has numerous different types of Senders and Numbers, which are the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs. It is crucial for customers accessing Senders and Numbers to properly register in accordance with local telecommunications regulations, but we also need to make it easy for customers to gain access. In this role, you will own various Senders and Numbers products where you will aim to create streamlined and lovable onboarding experiences while also maintaining best in class compliance standards.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll: Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate these requirements into user stories Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap Partner with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to obtain product adoption and growth Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments.

We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! *Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Desired: Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience Experience working in a regulated ecosystem Location This role will be remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada. Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: Based in British Columbia. : $145,840.00 - $182,300.00 Target Bonus Percentage 15% The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
