Key Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Translate complex safety and trust requirements into scalable data pipelines, storage solutions, and tooling that serve the entire organization.
- Metric Development & Monitoring: Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety‑related metrics, dashboards, and alerting systems.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience building and maintaining large‑scale ETL frameworks in production environments.
