Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Clerk to join the arenaflex team. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity, responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining high‑quality information across multiple platforms. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision‑making throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from a variety of source documents—including PDFs, scanned forms, and electronic files—into arenaflex’s proprietary databases and cloud‑based spreadsheets.
  • Conduct routine data audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing fields, and promptly correct or flag issues for further investigation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including analytics, compliance, and operations—to ensure timely and precise data flow throughout the organization.
  • Assist in large‑scale data cleanup initiatives, applying standardized naming conventions and validation rules to improve overall data quality.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive health‑related information, adhering to HIPAA and internal data‑privacy policies.
  • Develop and document best‑practice procedures for data entry, contributing to continuous‑improvement efforts and knowledge‑sharing within the remote workforce.
  • Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders who encounter data‑related challenges, offering troubleshooting guidance and training as needed.
