Why This Role Matters

The Remote Data Entry & ML Data Linguist position sits at the heart of arenaflex’s AI Data Team. Our AI services—including large language models (LLMs), natural‑language processing (NLP) APIs, and conversational agents—rely on high‑quality, meticulously annotated language data. As a Data Linguist, you will help create, refine, and validate the training datasets that power these cutting‑edge services. Key Responsibilities

• Data Annotation & Review: Accurately annotate English (US) language data—including transcripts, dialogues, and textual snippets—according to detailed guidelines and within defined timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and provide corrective feedback to maintain a gold‑standard dataset.
• Dataset Construction: Build and curate diverse language corpora for model training, benchmarking, and evaluation, ensuring coverage of varied domains and linguistic phenomena.
• Error Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive investigations of annotation errors, surface systematic patterns, and propose improvements to annotation schemas.
