Working from the comfort of your home, you will handle inbound calls, document detailed consumer information in a secure web‑based system, and deliver clear, empathetic guidance on fraud prevention, resolution steps, and relevant federal regulations. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consumer Education: Explain identity theft resolution processes, fraud prevention best practices, and applicable federal laws in both Spanish and English.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Capture and update consumer details, complaint narratives, and resolution steps in arenaxflex’s secure web application, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy standards.
  • Referral Coordination: Direct callers to appropriate resources, such as credit monitoring services, legal assistance, or specialized fraud teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate concise case summaries, flag high‑risk incidents, and contribute to periodic performance metrics.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training modules covering emerging fraud trends, regulatory updates, and advanced communication techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights with supervisors and peers, helping to refine scripts, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Additional compensation available for candidates who excel in the bilingual assessment.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (process may take 7–60 days; employment will commence after clearance is granted).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
  • Familiarity with federal consumer protection statutes (e.g., Fair Credit Reporting Act, Identity Theft Enforcement and Restitution Act).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience using web‑based CRM or case‑management platforms.
  • Professional résumé that includes complete contact information and prior employer details.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Empathy & Active Listening: Ability to understand caller concerns, convey genuine care, and build trust quickly.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quickly assess situations, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Multitasking: Manage simultaneous tasks—call handling, data entry, and resource referral—without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure every piece of consumer data is recorded precisely to support downstream investigations.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a remote setting, adjust to evolving fraud trends, and adopt new tools or procedures as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating web applications, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
