Position Overview – Consultant, Global Equity (Remote Data Entry)

As a Consultant, Global Equity you will become an integral member of the team that administers arenaflex’s equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans. Your primary focus will be on accurate data entry, audit support, and stakeholder communication. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere in the United States, with a base pay of $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based LTI plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Stock Purchase Plan (SPP) matching ratio awards.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to guarantee accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, process partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and SPP enrollment activities.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies and documentation.
  • Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Understanding of HRIS systems—particularly Workday—and the flow of data between systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
