Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service: Provide courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to arenaflex passengers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Travel support: Answer inquiries about flight schedules, baggage policies, seat assignments, and other travel‑related topics.
  • Booking management: Assist customers with new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests such as meal preferences or assistance for passengers with reduced mobility.
  • Issue resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns quickly, escalating complex cases to senior specialists when necessary.
  • System navigation: Efficiently use arenaflex’s internal reservation platforms, CRM tools, and knowledge bases to retrieve and update passenger information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow remote agents, supervisors, and on‑site support teams to ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end customer journey.
  • Feedback loop: Capture recurring customer pain points and share insights with product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of professional customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call‑center setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and empathetic tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated without direct supervision.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude and the capacity to think on your feet while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer applications simultaneously; experience with CRM, ticketing, or airline reservation systems is a plus.
