Role Overview – Senior Data Engineer, Voice of Customer (VOC) Analytics
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Voice of Customer (VOC) analytics platform. This role is pivotal in transforming raw survey data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities

- Automate data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to guarantee data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
- Lead the migration of legacy data processes to modern cloud‑native architectures, leveraging containerization and orchestration tools where appropriate.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the data engineering team.
