Key Responsibilities

• Message Review & Deletion: Monitor real‑time chat streams and promptly delete any messages that violate arenaflex’s community guidelines, including spam, hate speech, harassment, or off‑topic content.
• User Discipline: Issue warnings, mute offending users, and apply temporary or permanent bans for repeated or severe violations, following a clear escalation protocol.
• Report Investigation: Examine user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and determine appropriate actions while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
• Community Guidance: Answer routine questions about server rules, direct members to relevant resources, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for newcomers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate logs of moderation actions, compile weekly summaries for the community management team, and suggest improvements to policies based on observed trends.

Essential Qualifications
