Position Overview

This full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity is open to qualified candidates who reside in Florida and are within a 75‑mile radius of our Orlando specialty hub located at 9310 Southpark Center Loop, Orlando, FL 32819. You will choose from two flexible shift options that align with your lifestyle:

  • 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST
  • 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm EST

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be entrusted with a broad set of duties that ensure the smooth processing of specialty medication orders. Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Patient Interaction: Answer inbound calls from patients and caregivers, providing clear explanations of medication regimens, insurance coverage, and copay responsibilities.
  • Order Management: Accurately enter new prescriptions and refill requests into arenaflex’s pharmacy information system, verifying patient details and medication specifics.
  • Benefits Verification: Conduct thorough benefit checks, confirm eligibility, and revivify coverage where necessary to prevent delays in therapy initiation.
  • Authorization Coordination: Secure prior authorizations from insurers, collaborate with prescribers for required documentation, and track approval status.
  • Financial Collection: Communicate copay amounts, collect payments, and reconcile financial transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve clinical or accounts‑receivable issues that could impede order fulfillment, escalating complex cases to senior specialists when appropriate.
