Position Overview: Remote Customer Experience Associate – Pet Pharmacy Support

We are actively seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic customer service team. This is a fully remote position, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are residents of Kentucky and reside within a 90-mile radius of Louisville, Kentucky. All work must be performed within the state of Kentucky, in compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policy.

As a Remote Customer Experience Associate, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, engaging directly with pet parents who reach out to us for support, guidance, and solutions related to their pets' pharmacy needs. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels from pet parents seeking assistance with pharmacy-related inquiries. Each interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable, positive experience.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: Research customer concerns thoroughly, analyze the situation critically, and determine the most appropriate solutions. Follow up diligently to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, such as retail, hospitality, call center, or healthcare support.
  • Residency Requirement: Must be a current resident of Kentucky and reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky. All work must be performed within the state of Kentucky.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Critical Thinking and Multi-Tasking: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a background check as required for obtaining a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician (Rx Tech) license.
