What You'll Do as a Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing white-glove service to our athletes across multiple channels. Your role will be pivotal in shaping their perception of arenaflex and ensuring they receive the support they need at every touchpoint of their customer journey. This position requires dedication, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Athlete Assistance: Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries including product information, gift card and ScoreCard issues, order placement, order status updates, and processing returns or replacements
  • First Call Resolution: Deliver exceptional service by owning each customer interaction from start to finish, demonstrating genuine empathy and maintaining consistent communication throughout the resolution process
  • Issue Resolution: Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer challenges independently; identify when issues require escalation to specialized support teams
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with individual arenaflex stores and internal business partners to provide seamless support and achieve optimal resolutions for customer issues
  • Documentation: Accurately log and track all incident information, customer interactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system
  • Shift Flexibility: Consistently work one weekend day per week to ensure comprehensive coverage for our customer service operations

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with high accuracy

  • Availability: Ability to work evenings (12-9 PM EST) including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

We believe in rewarding our team members competitively. The target salary range for this position is between $30,900 and $46,200, depending on experience and qualifications. This is part of a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:

Available Shifts

We have multiple remote shift options available to accommodate different schedules:

  • Shift A: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (12 PM - 9 PM EST)
  • Shift B: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (12 PM - 9 PM EST)
  • Shift C: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (12 PM - 9 PM EST)
  • Shift D: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (12 PM - 9 PM EST)

All shifts require working one weekend day per week and include evening hours until 9 PM EST.
