You will work from the comfort of your home, provided you reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and are able to perform all duties within the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Directly with Customers: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from pet parents seeking guidance on prescriptions, refills, dosage questions, and product recommendations.
  • Research and Resolve Issues: Investigate each customer’s situation, consult internal resources, and provide accurate, compliant solutions that meet both the pet’s health requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Go beyond scripted responses by actively listening, showing empathy, and tailoring solutions to each unique scenario, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Maintain Compliance: Follow all pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and privacy policies while handling sensitive health information.
  • Document Interactions: Accurately log each customer interaction in our CRM system, noting key details, resolutions, and any follow‑up actions required.
  • Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with pharmacy technicians, veterinarians, and logistics specialists to coordinate order fulfillment and address complex cases.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring issues, suggest process enhancements, and participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Flexibility in Scheduling: Adapt to shift changes, overtime needs, and occasional weekend coverage to ensure seamless service for our customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or pet‑care sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and critical‑thinking skills to diagnose problems and devise effective solutions quickly.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Eligibility to pass a background check and obtain a Kentucky Rx Technician license.
  • A reliable home office setup, high‑speed internet, and a quiet workspace conducive to professional phone and video interactions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional excellence, with a proactive “can‑do” attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
