Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Community Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will serve as a frontline guardian of our official Discord community, ensuring that all interactions align with our established guidelines and values. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Message Monitoring and Removal: Actively review chat activity in real time and promptly remove any messages that violate the rules, policies, or community standards of the arenaflex Discord server. This includes content that is hateful, harassing, spam-related, off-topic, or otherwise inappropriate.
• User Enforcement Actions: Apply graduated disciplinary measures as needed, including issuing warnings, muting users temporarily, and permanently banning individuals who demonstrate repeated, severe, or egregious violations of community rules.
• Report Investigation: Thoroughly review and investigate user-submitted reports regarding potential rule violations. Document findings, take appropriate action, and follow up with reporting parties when necessary to maintain transparency and trust.
• Rule Enforcement Consistency: Apply moderation policies in a consistent, unbiased, and fair manner, treating all community members equally regardless of background, identity, or standing within the server.
