The Role: Customer Service Representative - Pharmacy & Healthcare Support

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our customers and the comprehensive healthcare services we provide. Serve as the first point of contact for pharmacy customers seeking assistance with orders, medication inquiries, account management, and general healthcare questions.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues through systematic research and critical thinking. Develop appropriate solutions that balance customer needs with company policies and healthcare regulations, following up diligently until resolution is achieved.
  • Healthcare Advisory: Provide accurate information about prescription medications, order processes, delivery timelines, and account features while maintaining strict adherence to healthcare privacy and safety standards.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Consistently exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond standard service protocols. Create positive, memorable interactions that build customer loyalty and trust in arenaflex.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in accordance with company policy and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a customer-focused environment, with preference for healthcare, pharmacy, or similar service industries where empathy and problem-solving are critical.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and compassionately. Active listening skills are paramount.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze situations critically, think logically, and develop effective solutions to complex customer issues.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check required for Kentucky Rx Technician licensure, demonstrating commitment to healthcare compliance standards.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and utilizing various communication platforms, customer relationship management systems, and internal tools to provide efficient service.

  • Rx Technician License: Active Kentucky pharmacy technician license or willingness to obtain promptly.
