What Your Day Looks Like as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative, you will step into a dynamic, high-energy contact center environment—delivered remotely. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service, resolve customer inquiries, and contribute to arenaflex's retention and growth objectives. Working with cutting-edge technologies, intelligent CRM platforms, and a dedicated support structure, you will handle a steady flow of inbound calls from customers seeking assistance, information, or guidance on products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, addressing a variety of customer inquiries and service needs.
  • Active Listening & Solution Discovery: Use strong probing and active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns, identify root issues, and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
  • Sales & Retention Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to add value, upsell relevant offerings, and convert inquiries into successful outcomes.
  • Churn Reduction: Manage and overcome customer objections related to subscription cancellations, suspensions, or service terminations, using persuasive communication to retain valued customers and reduce churn.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Documentation & Accuracy: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes within arenaflex's CRM and operational systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embrace coaching, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously elevate your service quality and sales effectiveness.

  • Competitive hourly pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
  • Stable full-time schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with flexible availability between 6 a.m. and 12 a.m. Pacific Standard Time

Essential Qualifications

To thrive as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, candidates should bring the following:

  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
  • Multitasking Mastery: Strong ability to manage multiple systems, screens, and customer needs simultaneously

  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and able to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Customer Service & Sales Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, call center, or related fields is highly valued
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Remote Work Requirements

To succeed in a home-based role with arenaflex, you will need a quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace along with reliable technology. Specifically:

  • Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, private, and distraction-free area to conduct business professionally
  • High-Speed Internet: Minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload; faster connections are strongly preferred
  • Hard-Wired Connection: A reliable in-house network and a hard-wired Ethernet connection capable of supporting superior call quality and fast response times
  • No Wireless/Satellite ISPs: Wireless and satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
  • Smartphone Requirement: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, with the ability to download arenaflex's internal app for team communications
