Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat messages, providing accurate information about flight schedules, baggage policies, loyalty programs, and travel advisories.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer concerns—including booking errors, refund requests, and service disruptions—while maintaining a calm and empathetic demeanor.
  • Booking Support: Guide customers through the reservation process, assist with seat selections, upgrades, special‑needs accommodations, and manage changes or cancellations in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date on arenaflex’s evolving service portfolio, promotional offers, regulatory updates, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Essential Qualifications
