Role Overview

The Chief HR Business Partner sits at the intersection of human resources and the business, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across our Data Entry, Product, and Technology divisions. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility for both full‑time and part‑time arrangements, and is responsible for shaping talent strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Reporting to the Head of HR for the arenaflex Diversion and arenaflex Innovation HR Group, you will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to design and execute HR initiatives that align with business objectives, support rapid growth, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Data Entry and product development business, translating insights into actionable HR strategies.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and workforce planning opportunities.
  • Provide consultative, “influence without authority” guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture transformation.

Talent Management & Development

  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs that close skill gaps and accelerate career progression for data entry specialists and product teams.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and career development, fostering a culture of continuous feedback.

Organizational Effectiveness & Analytics

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data‑driven recommendations that improve productivity, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Drive workforce planning processes, including headcount forecasting, budgeting, and talent pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives to embed inclusive practices into recruitment, onboarding, and development.

Change Management & Process Improvement

  • Lead organizational design projects, streamlining processes to increase speed and efficiency while maintaining high quality.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation, encouraging teams to adopt new ways of working, leveraging technology, and embracing agile methodologies.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Champion a positive employee experience by driving engagement surveys, action planning, and follow‑through on improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with internal communications to promote arenaflex’s values, mission, and cultural pillars across remote teams.
  • Support employee resource groups (ERGs) and community building activities that enhance belonging and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a technology or product‑focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in an “influence without authority” capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams, with a focus on virtual collaboration tools and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, MBA).
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or sports streaming industry.
  • Background in data entry operations, product development, or technology services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DEI initiatives and inclusive talent practices.
  • Track record of leading large‑scale organizational design or transformation projects.
