Your Role: Bilingual Customer Experience Representative (French/English)

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing support through inbound and outbound calls as well as digital channels. Working entirely from the comfort of your home, you will be responsible for resolving common issues, answering product and service questions, and delivering expert-level service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Support: Provide responsive and friendly support to customers using call flow guides in the customer's preferred language (French or English).
  • Problem Resolution: Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to products and services.
  • Data Management: Accurately track, document, and retrieve information from internal databases to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices. Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable technologies is highly preferred.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer.
  • Delight Every Customer: Deliver expert customer experiences with warmth, professionalism, and a smile—every interaction matters.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual Fluency: Must speak and write both French and English fluently.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free workspace dedicated to remote work.
  • Technical Navigation Skills: Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems with ease.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple applications and screens simultaneously (rapid multi-tasking).
  • Eagerness to Learn: A genuine desire to learn new technologies, products, and processes.
  • Internet and Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet (no wireless hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone. A work computer may be provided depending on the role, which will be discussed in detail with a recruiter.

Preferred Competencies

  • Prior experience supporting technology products such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, or wearable devices.
  • Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable operating systems.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
