Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Answer incoming calls, initiate outbound outreach, and provide clear, courteous assistance to loan applicants.
  • Loan Application Review: Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications using multiple arenaflex software platforms, verifying identity, creditworthiness, and documentation.
  • Approval & Decision Making: Perform initial approvals for qualified borrowers, ensuring adherence to arenaflex’s underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Payment Arrangement Management: Process card payments, set up repayment plans, and guide customers through payment options with accuracy.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately document all interactions, decisions, and account updates in arenaflex’s CRM and loan management systems.
  • Customer Education: Explain loan terms, obligations, and repayment schedules, helping customers understand their responsibilities and benefits.
  • Follow‑Up & Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up on pending items, clarify missing information, and resolve any concerns or disputes.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum requirement).
