Our 99% approval rate is a reflection of our meticulous attention to detail and care for the work that we do.Role DescriptionThis is a part-to-full-time remote position for a Senior Immigration Paralegal specializing in at least several of the above visa types. The role involves preparing and filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, drafting legal documentation, conducting research on complex immigration issues, and liaising with clients and government agencies to ensure proper case management. This is a flexible schedule position, perfect for candidates who excel in a self-managed remote work environment, but still likes collaborating with a team. This role will prepare cases from start to finish, under the direction of attorneys.QualificationsExpertise in Immigration Law, including in-depth knowledge of H-1B, L-1, PERM, O-1, E, and P visa categoriesProficiency in the preparation and filing of Legal Documents related to immigration petitions and applications (forms, letters, petition packets)Comprehensive understanding of U.S. immigration processes, including handling complex Immigration IssuesStrong legal research and analytical skills, particularly in visa-related casesBachelor’s degree or relevant paralegal certification requiredExcellent organization and communication skills to manage multiple cases efficientlyPrevious experience working remotely and independently Must be familiar and willing to use online immigration case management systems (Docketwise, Clio, Monday)Next StepsSend your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you would be the best fit for the position.
