Position Overview – Remote Customer Support Representative

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Service Mastery: Develop and continuously update deep knowledge of arenaflex’s pharmacy offerings, health benefit plans, telehealth services, and digital tools to guide customers effectively.
  • Problem Solving & Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to specialized teams when necessary while ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Documentation & Data Integrity: Accurately log all interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, adhering to data privacy standards.
  • Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support: Partner with pharmacy, claims, technical, and compliance teams to deliver holistic solutions and improve overall service quality.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Adjust work hours to align with peak demand periods, seasonal spikes, and special campaigns, ensuring consistent coverage and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or call‑center environment, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or related fields.
