Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects for the Customer Insights team, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment and performance monitoring.
  • Apply advanced statistical and machine‑learning techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, natural language processing, deep learning) to answer high‑impact business questions.
  • Partner with product, marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to translate analytical findings into clear, data‑driven recommendations.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest structured and unstructured data from internal systems, third‑party sources, and emerging IoT feeds.
  • Develop and champion best practices for data governance, feature engineering, model validation, and reproducibility.
  • Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, OR a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Data Engineering Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and experience working with big‑data platforms (e.g., Spark, Databricks, AWS EMR).
  • AI & ML Experience: Hands‑on work with AI‑driven pipelines, including model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and deployment.
