Role Overview – Why This Position Matters
As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Growth Specialist based in Peru, you will play a critical role in expanding arenaflex’s third‑party (3P) seller ecosystem in the United States. Your day‑to‑day work will involve gathering, analyzing, and entering high‑value data that fuels product selection, pricing strategy, and overall marketplace health. You will also partner directly with prospective sellers, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them achieve success on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Intelligence: Conduct deep‑dive research on product gaps, seasonal trends, and competitor activity to inform go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies.
- Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high‑potential sellers via virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations.
- Data Management: Accurately capture and maintain product, pricing, and performance data in arenaflex’s internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Coach new sellers on best practices for online selling, leveraging data‑driven insights to improve fulfillment, customer experience, and revenue goals.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
