Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Remote Customer Service Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that enhance our hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal partners—including Product, IT, Operations, HR, and Marketing—to secure necessary resources and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, produce concise executive summaries, and maintain transparent documentation for all stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project‑related issues, escalating critical concerns to senior leadership when appropriate.
