Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction: Answer inbound calls, chats, and social media messages with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Reservation Management: Assist guests in booking flights, modifying itineraries, and adding ancillary services such as seat upgrades, baggage options, and travel insurance.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve guest concerns quickly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist when necessary.
  • Sales & Upselling: Promote travel‑related products and services, meeting or exceeding daily sales targets.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to ensure safety, security, and data privacy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with reservations, operations, and loyalty teams to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on process enhancements and participate in training sessions to stay current with industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, courteous, and articulate.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and confidentiality of personal information.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a rotating shift pattern (typically two consecutive days off).
  • Proficiency with computers, email, web browsers, and basic troubleshooting of digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Fluency in Spanish (or another second language) – bilingual agents are eligible for additional compensation.
  • Experience with reservation systems, CRM platforms, or airline‑specific software.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
