Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive service experience via phone, chat, or video, helping customers locate over‑the‑counter products and answer health‑related inquiries.
  • Medication Preparation: Retrieve, count, and pour prescription tablets, verify medication accuracy, and check for potential drug interactions.
  • Cash Handling & Transaction Processing: Manage cash registers, process payments, and reconcile daily sales reports with precision.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (excluding Puerto Rico locations).
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in health‑care or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate medication counting, measuring, and weighing.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with data entry software and pharmacy management systems.
