Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our Claims Coordination Team. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our claims processing workflow, entering critical data, verifying invoice accuracy, and communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve missing information. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input claim information into arenaflex’s proprietary claims management system, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Conduct follow‑up communications (email, phone, or chat) to obtain missing documentation or clarification needed to advance claim processing.
  • Review and validate invoices against policy terms and claim details to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Generate, compile, and distribute regular reports that summarize claim status, processing times, and any outstanding items.
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team, underwriting, and finance departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
  • Identify trends or recurring data entry errors and recommend process improvements to senior leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all claimant information in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and arenaflex’s internal data‑security policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share meetings to stay current on industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or authorized temporary resident).
