Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individual to join the Creative Production Innovation Management team as a Data Operations & Program Management Coordinator. This entry‑level position blends data entry precision with program coordination responsibilities, supporting the development of new product features, promotional campaigns, and content discovery tools. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and analytics specialists to translate high‑level ideas into actionable project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with arenaflex’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture, validate, and maintain large volumes of product‑related data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity for downstream analysis.
  • Assist senior program managers in breaking down complex product initiatives into clear, manageable workstreams and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, track milestones, and update project dashboards to keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
  • Conduct feasibility and effort‑estimation studies for new feature concepts, helping to prioritize initiatives based on impact, cost, and timeline.
  • Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and design teams, translating technical requirements into understandable documentation for non‑technical partners.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within your portfolio of projects, proposing enhancements that could drive higher member engagement or operational efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive project artefacts—including roadmaps, risk registers, and communication plans—to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Support the creation of A/B testing plans and data‑collection frameworks that enable rapid experimentation and insight generation.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges related to timelines, resource allocation, or technical dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in data entry, data quality assurance, or project coordination within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Analytical Ability: Demonstrated skill in interpreting data, spotting inconsistencies, and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format.
