Employee Support Officer (Resourcing)

Adult Learning is a trading team within Norfolk County Council that provides a range of services to educational establishments. They are seeking an Employee Support Officer (Resourcing) to support recruitment advertising activities and ensure effective service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment advertising activity
• Ensure attention to detail and excellent customer service
• Respond quickly and effectively to new issues
• Use electronic systems and adapt to new systems
• Prioritise work and meet deadlines

Skills

• Previous experience of working in an HR or recruitment administration role is required
• Skilled in using electronic systems and able to adapt to new systems
• A flexible approach, a team player and the proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines is a must
• An understanding of schools and academies together with some knowledge of employment would be desirable but is not essential
