Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule, update, and confirm transportation requests for medical appointments
- Assist members with ride changes, cancellations, and general questions
- Verify trip information and eligibility using company systems
- Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities as needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and trip details
- Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Meet performance expectations for attendance, accuracy, and customer service
Skills
- Must currently reside in Kansas
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work remotely from a secure and distraction-free home office
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
