Support Desk Specialist
Pay Range: $21.00 - $31.50A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Support Desk Specialist to join our team. The Support Desk Specialist provides first tier support for colleagues and patients for all IT related items via multiple channels for break/fix issues, inquiries, or requests. Provides IT system optimization, documentation and communication with colleagues and patients to resolve basic technical support issues. Associates degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
