Operations Manager

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

We are looking for an organised, people-first generalist to keep the team running and growing. You’ll own hiring pipelines, coordinate team events and culture, manage project scheduling and delivery planning, and drive outbound outreach to prospective clients. This is a hands-on role in a small team - you’ll have real ownership across the business from day one. Tasks

  • Own and improve hiring pipelines and processes for technical and operational roles
  • Coordinate team events, culture initiatives, and onboarding to foster belonging and

productivity

  • Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery planning
  • Drive outbound outreach to prospective clients and support business development
  • Handle operational tasks including client coordination and general

administration

  • Support leadership with strategic planning and process improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar generalist role
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills – you’ll be writing outreach and coordinating with

clients

  • People-oriented – you care about team culture and hiring well
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar)
