Your Core Mission as a Sales Support Analyst

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal data management, data flow, cleansing, and visualization to support the execution of effective sales strategies. You will work closely with our Sales, Analytics, and Marketing teams to create a seamless information pipeline and deliver valuable insights that inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

Your ability to collaborate, coordinate, prioritize, and execute will have a direct impact on our brand's visibility, sales performance, and overall customer experience. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing the data foundation upon which strategic decisions are made. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Analyst at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Management and Visualization: Take ownership of the data management, flow, cleansing, and representation of sales performance across multiple markets. Ensure that information is accurate, timely, and accessible to stakeholders who depend on it for decision-making.
  • Multi-Regional Scope: Manage data for multiple nations within your assigned region, including key international markets. Work across various product categories to deliver comprehensive performance insights.
  • Brand Performance Reporting: Lead the data visualization efforts for top arenaflex brand development, presenting performance metrics across channels, categories, and customers in a way that tells a compelling story.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct extensive ad-hoc analyses using large datasets, examining volumes, net revenue, and performance versus targets. Identify bottlenecks, strengths, and market opportunities to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Scorecard Development and Maintenance: Take responsibility for the development, refreshing, and delivery of scorecards on a per-channel and per-customer basis. Ensure that these scorecards remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Automation and Power BI Dashboards: Drive the advancement of "zero touch" automation for scorecards, enabling live data visualization through tools such as Power BI. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
  • Key Account Support: Partner with the Key Account Manager by providing critical data needed to develop winning trade strategies with customers. Your insights will help shape negotiations and partnership approaches.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary resource within the team for all matters related to data management and visualization. Coach colleagues, answer questions, and elevate the team's overall analytical capabilities.
  • Senior Leadership Presentations: Support the Team Manager with data visualization for high-stakes presentations to senior administration. Ensure that visuals are polished, insightful, and aligned with executive communication standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills for Success

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Power BI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices is highly desirable.
  • MS Office Suite: Strong working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The ability to create professional presentations and reports is essential.
