As a Remote Data Entry Specialist supporting arenaflex's content operations division, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that the metadata, cataloging information, and digital asset records powering major streaming platforms remain accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for discovery. Your day-to-day contributions will directly influence how audiences find, browse, and enjoy content across some of the world's most popular entertainment services.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Content Cataloging: Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of entertainment content metadata into arenaflex's proprietary content management systems, including titles, descriptions, genre classifications, language tags, and asset identifiers.
  • Quality Assurance & Verification: Review existing data entries for inconsistencies, missing fields, formatting errors, and duplications. Cross-reference information against source materials to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Digital Asset Coordination: Assist in tracking, organizing, and uploading digital assets such as cover artwork, trailers, subtitles, and promotional materials into arenaflex's asset management infrastructure.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established data entry protocols, style guides, and content taxonomy frameworks provided by arenaflex to maintain consistency across all cataloging work.
  • Issue Flagging & Communication: Identify and escalate data anomalies, broken links, missing assets, or content discrepancies to senior team members and appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Generate basic daily and weekly reports on data entry throughput, error rates, and task completion status using arenaflex's internal reporting tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content operations leads, localization teams, and quality analysts at arenaflex to ensure that cataloging standards are met across all regional markets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements to tools, templates, and processes used within arenaflex's data operations team.
