Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative (Auto Dealer Support)

This full‑time, remote position is open to Michigan residents who are eager to launch a career that blends technology, communication, and automotive industry insight. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service via inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, email, and other communication channels while maintaining a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Research and resolve dealer inquiries related to profile assistance, vehicle order status, shipment tracking, and warranty claims.
  • Escalate critical orders promptly to senior team members or specialized departments to prevent delays.
  • Document interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring that each dealer’s history is up‑to‑date and searchable.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including logistics, parts, and finance to provide holistic solutions.
  • Participate in continuous learning by completing instructor‑led training, hands‑on call simulations, and ongoing product updates.
  • Maintain compliance with arenaflex policies, data privacy standards, and industry regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer‑facing role such as call center, retail, hospitality, or food service.
  • Proficient computer, typing, and telephone skills; ability to type while speaking without loss of accuracy.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a consultative mindset that enables you to act as a trusted advisor to dealers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (wired Ethernet preferred), a dedicated landline or cellular phone, and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Residency in Michigan and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, such as dealership sales, parts, or service.

Work Schedule & Remote Requirements

All shifts are Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required. You must be able to work flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, as some dealer queues are time‑sensitive. The onboarding schedule includes:

  • Weeks 1‑5 – Instructor‑Led Training: 8 hours per day, Monday‑Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET. 100 % attendance is mandatory.
  • Weeks 6‑9 – Hands‑On Call Experience: Live call handling between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, Monday‑Friday.
  • Ongoing Schedule: Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle within the 8 a.m.–8 p.m. window.
