  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a strategic mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft or comparable HCM platforms is highly regarded.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, especially benefits administration, eligibility rules, and enrollment cycles.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and customer‑service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong written communication abilities, enabling clear and concise responses to employee inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with other major HCM systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and benefits compliance standards (e.g., ACA, ERISA).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple enrollment cycles simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) or related fields is a plus.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to scrutinize large data sets, spot anomalies, and implement corrective actions swiftly.
  • Organizational Mastery: Efficiently prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and keep detailed records of all activities.
  • Communication Excellence: Articulate complex benefits information in plain language, fostering trust and clarity with employees.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable navigating HCM interfaces, using keyboard shortcuts, and adapting to new software tools.
  • Team Orientation: Collaborative mindset that values input from cross‑functional partners and contributes to a supportive work environment.
