Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Remote Customer Success Manager you will be the trusted advisor for our most strategic clients. You will own the end‑to‑end relationship, ensuring that the arenaflex platform not only meets but exceeds performance expectations. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Relationship Management

  • Own the primary relationship with Vendor Managers who run the client program, while cultivating secondary relationships with Director‑level contacts.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, translating client business goals into actionable arenaflex platform strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed Monthly Action Plan that aligns with client financial targets and service level expectations.

Performance & Compliance Oversight

  • Monitor client scorecards daily, identify gaps, and execute corrective actions to keep contracts on track.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews, synthesize findings for monthly and quarterly business reviews, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all vendors meet contractual compliance, quality standards, and profitability targets.
  • Author and negotiate vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) and service‑level exhibits that protect both client and arenaflex interests.

Financial Stewardship

  • Fully understand the expected financial outcomes of each client contract, including gross profit margin targets.
  • Conduct deep‑dive root‑cause analyses when outcomes deviate, and recommend data‑driven remediation plans.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to forecast revenue, optimize resource allocation, and drive margin improvement.

Vendor & Partner Enablement

  • Build constructive, long‑term vendor relationships; facilitate resolution of exceptions and performance issues.
  • Implement controls, exception reporting, and regular audits to ensure vendors adhere to key contract terms.
  • Guide vendors on data access, cost management, cycle time reduction, and quality assurance.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor and supervise a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead special projects assigned by senior leadership (VP, Director, VPGM) that drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Learning & Development to ensure vendor resources possess the right qualifications and skills.
  • Coordinate with Business Analytics to prepare data‑rich presentations for client meetings.
  • Support Business Development by identifying new revenue opportunities, crafting value propositions, and shaping program expansions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of exempt‑level managerial experience overseeing client relationships in a BPO or virtual services environment.
  • Proven track record in BPO, sales, or account management with a strong operational focus.
  • Deep proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and trend identification – expert‑level Excel (2007 or newer) required.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and drive compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast‑paced, remote setting while maintaining a 24/7 client engagement mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site client or vendor engagements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with large‑scale virtual contact center platforms and cloud‑based service delivery models.
  • Background in financial modeling, margin analysis, and forecasting within a BPO context.
  • Familiarity with SLA design, monitoring tools, and real‑time service levers such as Urgent Service and Convenience Leave.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Professional certification in Customer Success (e.g., CCSK, CSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) – a plus.
